Site Visit & Existing Drawings
We’ll kick things off by visiting your home for a detailed site survey, capturing accurate measurements and existing conditions to understand your home to figure out what is possible.
Using this information, we produce clear existing floor plans, detailing elevations and structural elements. This provides the technical foundation that ensures your architectural design is informed, accurate, and fully aligned with your property.
Design & Ideation
Turning ideas into beautiful spaces you’ll want to spend your life in.
In the ‘Design & Ideation’ phase, we turn your ideas into clear, thoughtful architectural concepts, exploring layouts, spatial planning, and design possibilities.
Working closely with you, we refine together to create a concept design that reflects your style, supports your lifestyle, and sets the foundation for your renovation to come.
Drawings & Plans
Once your concept is agreed, we develop clear proposed drawings, refining every detail with you and completing any feasibility checks needed. When you’re happy, we finalise the plans and prepare everything required for your planning application.
Planning Application
We manage the entire planning application process for you, working closely with your local authority to keep the process smooth, clear, and on track. If needed, we prepare pre-planning drawings to gather early feedback, reduce risks, and refine your proposal before submission.
When you’re ready, we submit the full application on your behalf. This includes:
Fire Safety Statement
Flood Risk Assessment
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Form
Planning Application Form
Design and Access Statements (D&A) and Planning Statements can also be provided at an additional cost.
