For example, some walls may not be structural as the rest of the property will be perfectly stable, safe and fine without them. Doing a site survey can help us identify which elements of the building are structural and which are not. -
We will never have any hidden fees, so if you need structural calcs and drawings for your project we will let you know up front how much these would cost based on the scope of your project.
We are always happy to work with your own engineer’s drawings/calcs provided we can review to make sure everything is in order. -
